Kraken Rum asked the team over at The Onion to produce three spots featuring their namesake sea monster. This project posed several technical challenges; specifically the rigging of the tentacles, the ability to match the etching style in 3D, and the coordination of three spots all being worked on at the same time. I was responsible for storyboarding, designing, and executing the majority of the animated scenes above. Additional artists helped with the illustrated 2D character design.
